Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Littleton Hospital Association. This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of clinical education programs, ensuring that nursing staff receive the necessary training and support to provide high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing Education or a related field, with a minimum of five years of experience in nursing education or a related field. They will possess excellent teaching and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical education programs to ensure nursing staff receive the necessary training and support.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to identify learning needs and develop targeted educational interventions.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and feedback to nursing staff on their performance and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nursing education.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Nursing Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing education or a related field.
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
