Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Citizens Bank Park. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of all areas within the park, both before and after events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove refuse, clean floors and equipment, and perform other janitorial duties to provide a clean event space.
  • Break down refuse and debris into proper recycling and compost units.
  • Maintain department equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal staff and guests.
  • Operate various equipment, including buffer/burnisher, rider sweeper/scrubber, walk behind scrubber, blower, vacuum, and pressure washer.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in heavy public contact.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and climb stairs throughout shift as needed.
  • Must be able to lift 25+ pounds throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to push 25+ pounds.
  • Ability to move heavy (100+ pounds) wheeled carts.
