The Aircraft Fueling Technician is essential to our operations, delivering exceptional service to flight crews and passengers by managing aircraft fueling and positioning, assisting with baggage handling, and maintaining effective communication with aviation service representatives.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage aircraft movement, fueling, and storage.
- Oversee fuel quality control, disposal, and related documentation.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of crew vehicles.
- Ensure facility upkeep and maintenance.
- Provide customer service and promote available services.
- Participate in monthly crew meetings and annual training sessions.
- Strong customer focus with an outgoing personality.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members, both in person and via radio.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain an insurable driving record.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
This role reports directly to the Line Service Manager.
Work Environment:This position requires outdoor work in various weather conditions and involves direct interaction with both stationary and moving aircraft. Employees may encounter hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
Physical Requirements:To perform the essential functions of this role, candidates must be able to:
- Lift up to 75 pounds.
- Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Engage in physical activities such as bending, lifting, walking, and climbing.
This is a non-exempt role that includes shift work, requiring availability during evenings, weekends, and company holidays.
Travel Requirements:No travel is anticipated for this position.
Qualifications:- Preferred experience in customer service within the service industry.
- Prior experience in aircraft ground handling is advantageous.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must possess a valid driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check is required.
- Must comply with a zero-tolerance drug-free policy, including pre-employment and random testing.
