You'll have a proven track record of driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies. You'll also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams. Proficiency in marketing technologies, analytics platforms, and CRM tools is essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $184,000.00 - $244,000.00 annually, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer contribution AND a dollar-for-dollar matching of up to 5%. Annual discretionary bonuses and annual performance merit increases are also offered. Educational grants up to $2,000 annually are available to support your career development.
