About the RoleAs a Nurse Practitioner at ArchWell Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing primary care to our patients. You will be responsible for managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care to our patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in primary care.

Requirements- Current licensure to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment.

- Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members.
