Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care for a young woman with a gastronomy tube (G-tube) in her home in W. Lebanon, NH.

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to support the health and well-being of our client while fostering meaningful connections through reading and communication. The ideal candidate will have a valid nursing license in the State of New Hampshire, one year of working experience in the field within the last five years, and home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized care for a young woman with a G-tube
  • Communicate with the client through reading and communication
  • Support the health and well-being of the client
  • Work collaboratively with the client's healthcare team

Requirements:

  • Valid nursing license in the State of New Hampshire
  • One year of working experience in the field within the last five years
  • Home care experience preferred
  • Trach & Vent experience preferred
  • Current CPR Certification Required
