Role Responsibilities:
The Floor Maintenance Specialist will be tasked with the upkeep of all floor surfaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards as directed by management.
Additional Duties Include:
- Cross-training in housekeeping and laundry to provide support as needed.
- Completing other assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with vocational training in a skilled trade or relevant technical training. A minimum of two years of experience in facility operations and equipment maintenance within a healthcare environment is preferred.
