Job Title: YMCA Workout Instructor

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic YMCA Workout Instructor to lead group exercise classes and promote a culture of wellness within our community.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to adapt to diverse fitness levels, and maintain a positive attitude during classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective group exercise classes tailored to specific fitness levels.
  • Establish a supportive environment by encouraging member engagement and socialization.
  • Communicate member needs to the Group Fitness Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • Possess a solid understanding of fitness principles and their application in group settings.
  • Hold a valid Group Fitness Instructor certification or equivalent (ACE, AFAA, NASM, LES MILLS, or similar).
  • CPR/AED Certification is mandatory.
