Job Description: International Contract Manager/ParalegalThe International Contract Manager/Paralegal is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts, as well as providing general legal and administrative support to the legal team under the supervision of counsel.
This role ensures that contractual obligations are met, legal risks are mitigated, and processes comply with applicable laws and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, and other client agreements.
- Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, and execution processes to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and manage the contract repository, ensuring accurate records and proper document retention.
- Monitor contract compliance and key milestones such as renewals, expirations, and obligations.
- Develop and refine contract templates and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and address risks.
A high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and database tools.
An analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
Paralegal certification or legal education preferred.
3+ years of experience in contract management or as a paralegal, preferably in-house or in the commercial department of a law firm.
