Job Summary
We are seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional security officers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff on assigned shifts, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.
- Coordinate staffing needs on shift with account managers or operations managers.
- Ensure that officers receive appropriate training, developing them in both technical and professional skills.
- Administer JSAs and safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for professional security officers on assigned shifts.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
