Job Summary:

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of West Austin is seeking a skilled Water Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for responding to water damage emergencies, performing mitigation services, and assisting in restoring residential and commercial properties to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document the extent of water damage using moisture meters and other tools.
  • Extract water using pumps and vacuums, and set up drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers.
  • Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold growth.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain detailed records of restoration work.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in water damage restoration preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a plus.
