As a Registered Nurse RN in Hematology, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized plans of care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plans of care.
- Provide direct patient care, coordinate care, delegate tasks, and supervise the activities of the healthcare team.
- Evaluate patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
- Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record.
Requirements:
