Program Director Job Description

Roads to Success Inc is seeking a qualified Director of After-School Programs to lead our after-school programs, focusing on youth development, program implementation, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support, Compliance, and Implementation:
  • Oversee program elements, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and prepare required reports.
  • Manage outreach, recruitment, application, enrollment, and retention processes.
Youth Development:
  • Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth in participants.
  • Build positive relationships with participants and act as a role model.
Program Development:
  • Plan and organize program activities, aligning with organizational standards.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Salary range: $58,500 - $60,000 per year.
