Homecare Nurse

Job Summary:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate License Vocational Nurse to provide high-quality care to a child client in a homecare setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to the client, including skilled nursing services and patient assessment.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the client's unique needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

• Current LVN license in good standing.
• TB test and BLS certification.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
