Job Description
  • Centura Health Corporation - 14300 Orchard Parkway is seeking a highly skilled Travel Nurse - RN to join our team. This full-time position will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
  • This role requires a strong nursing skills and knowledge base, with a focus on relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assess patient needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
    • Evaluate patient response and intervene to ensure optimal patient outcome.
    • Develop and implement patient plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
    • Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect the health and safety of each patient.
  • Requirements:
    • One year experience preferred.
    • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
  • Floating Requirements:
    • Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified "float zone".
    • Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements in accordance with Centura policy.
