Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for managing and overseeing control assessments for Global Markets Payment Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather necessary information for control assessments from various enterprise teams, including IAM, GIS, and MAPS.
2. Coordinate with application teams to initiate control assessments.
3. Collect and review evidence from application teams regarding control assessments.
4. Collaborate with relevant enterprise teams or subject matter experts to ensure the completeness and accuracy of evidence.
5. Address any gaps identified and facilitate appropriate risk management processes.
6. Follow up on evidence submissions and escalate delays as necessary.
7. Respond to inquiries from application teams regarding the assessment process.
8. Provide periodic updates on progress and exceptions during scheduled Payment-related meetings.
9. Maintain an organized repository for collected evidence.
10. Develop documentation such as process guides, playbooks, and FAQs.
11. Transition current evidence collection processes to RISE TRIDENT.
12. Manage changes and exceptions with proper approvals and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and technology roles.
- Proven ability to make timely decisions and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication skills to influence outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle competing priorities.
- Familiarity with the Banking/Financial sector.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical concepts (Linux, Windows, Database).
- Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of incident management, vulnerability management, and business continuity planning.
- Awareness of audit, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
