Job Summary:

The Breakfast Attendant - Part Time is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the complimentary breakfast at the Hampton Inn Philadelphia/King of Prussia (Valley Forge). This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve breakfast items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have basic English verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain food handlers certification as required.
  • Physical ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Be proficient in general computer knowledge.
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Must have a desire to serve all guests.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hotel or a related field.
  • Previous food and beverage experience.
