Job Overview

As a Swim Instructor at SafeSplash Temple, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to students of all ages in a fun and positive manner. Our ideal candidate is passionate about kids and swimming, and is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming skills to students in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum
  • Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts
  • Structure class time to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills
  • Ensure swimmer safety
Requirements
  • Previous swim instruction experience preferred, but not required
  • WSI certification preferred, but not required
  • Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant certification preferred, but not required
  • Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs
