We're looking for an exceptional individual with a proven track record in customer service to provide medical solutions support to patients, payers, and physicians across various disease states and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Customer Service Support: Provide medical solutions support through various channels, including phone, email, and direct mail.
- Quality Standards: Maintain excellent quality standards, adhering to approved materials and guidelines.
- Data Collection: Accurately collect information required by individual programs and capture data in specific program databases.
- Product Knowledge: Answer product questions from customers according to company policy, utilizing approved FAQs and discussion guides.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills, conveying complex medical information in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Adverse Events: Identify and process potential adverse events and technical complaints in accordance with client working practice documents.
- Security Procedures: Adhere to all privacy and security procedures outlined in applicable working practice documents.
- Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies and standard operating and working procedures.
Requirements
- Education: BA/BS degree or relevant work experience.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service-related roles.
- Typing Skills: Expert level typing skills.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is approximately $38,000-$40,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
