About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Ciena Healthcare Management, Inc. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our guests, working under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.

Responsibilities
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Measure and record height and weight, intake and output
  • Care for the guests' environment, ensuring a clean and safe space
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting, promoting dignity and respect
  • Assist with eating and hydration, ensuring guests' nutritional needs are met
  • Observe guests' skin and report any changes to licensed nurse, providing skin care as needed
  • Meet guests' mental health and social service needs, providing emotional support and connection
Qualifications

We require a high school graduate or equivalent, with CNA certification. If you have a passion for improving the lives of those around you and working with others who feel the same way, Ciena is the place for you.
