Position Overview:
This role involves providing essential clinical support within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates all aspects of patient care within the clinic environment.
  • Administers necessary injections and immunizations, monitors vital signs, conducts intake assessments, and documents patient data in medical records.
  • Oversees the daily patient schedule for the physician and assists with minor surgical procedures in the office.

Core Duties:
  • Ensures smooth patient flow, including pre-examination triage and documentation of patient complaints.
  • Maintains an organized clinical area, ensuring adequate inventory of supplies and medications.
  • Adheres to safety protocols regarding exposure control and infection prevention.
  • Upholds patient confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and colleagues through various means.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Current and valid RN or LPN license in Idaho.

Certification:
BLS certification is required.
