Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team for a contract opportunity with a leading Energy Industry client located in Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex software applications using Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and integrations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Java frameworks and architectures, and actively contribute to their enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high-quality code.
  • Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, and Production support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on Java frameworks and architectures.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
