Degreaser Technician

ALL METALS PROCESSING OF ORANGE COUNTY LLC is seeking a skilled Degreaser to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment that cleans grease, scales, and other foreign object debris from customer-supplied products.

• Operate and maintain equipment to clean grease, scales, and other foreign object debris from customer-supplied products.
• Inspect parts for conformance to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Rack parts using various techniques to prepare them for degreasing.
• Place parts in degreasing tanks according to procedures to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Rinse parts thoroughly and begin the drying process after completion of the degreasing cycle.
• Ensure parts are cleaned to standard before proceeding to the next required steps.
• Adhere to safety regulations and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to follow and retain instructions.
• Possess good attention to detail to ensure all parts are cleaned to standard.
• Ability to work around chemicals.
• Ability to wear a mask for prolonged periods.

• Walking/standing for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Exposed to heat, noise, and chemical fumes while in production areas.
• Good hand/eye coordination and movement.
