Position Overview:
*** $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus ***

We are seeking a Branch Manager (Registered Nurse) to oversee our operations. This role will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations and will be accountable for steering the branch and its team towards achieving high-quality care and fostering business growth.

• Directly manages the daily operations of the branch and the team.
• Develops and nurtures relationships with the community, professional organizations, key stakeholders, and clients to establish a steady flow of referrals and recruitment.
• Responsible for budgeting, including branch profit and loss management; prepares and oversees budget submissions and forecasts with assistance from the Management Team.

Compensation: Salary may vary within the provided range based on various factors, including location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, and departmental equity. Gentiva offers a comprehensive benefits and rewards package, with base pay being just one component.

Salary Range: $80,000

Candidate Profile:

• Registered Nurse with a valid license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; however, candidates with supervisory experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare without a degree will be considered.
• Must possess a current driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Preferred experience includes management in a one-on-one home care environment and outside sales in the healthcare sector, with a proven track record of sales performance and 2-5 years of hands-on supervisory experience.
