Key Responsibilities:- Diagnostics: Conducting diagnostics on Nissan vehicles to identify complex issues accurately.
- Warranty Work: Performing warranty-related repairs in compliance with Nissan's standards and guidelines.
- Complex Repairs: Handling intricate repairs and maintenance tasks, including engine overhauls, transmission rebuilds, and more.
- Team Support: Providing support and guidance to junior technicians to enhance the overall skill set of our team.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring all repairs meet or exceed industry standards for precision and safety.
- Continuous Learning: Staying updated with automotive technology and industry trends, both within the Nissan brand and beyond.
- Safety Focus: Maintaining a safe and organized workspace and adhering to safety protocols.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Technical/Trade school degree in Automotive Technology is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on Nissan vehicles.
- Established knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and advanced electronic systems.
- Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset that positively contributes to team dynamics.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record within the last five years.
- ASE certifications, particularly in Nissan-specific categories, are highly regarded.
