Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnostics: Conducting diagnostics on Nissan vehicles to identify complex issues accurately.
  • Warranty Work: Performing warranty-related repairs in compliance with Nissan's standards and guidelines.
  • Complex Repairs: Handling intricate repairs and maintenance tasks, including engine overhauls, transmission rebuilds, and more.
  • Team Support: Providing support and guidance to junior technicians to enhance the overall skill set of our team.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring all repairs meet or exceed industry standards for precision and safety.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated with automotive technology and industry trends, both within the Nissan brand and beyond.
  • Safety Focus: Maintaining a safe and organized workspace and adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Technical/Trade school degree in Automotive Technology is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on Nissan vehicles.
  • Established knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and advanced electronic systems.
  • Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset that positively contributes to team dynamics.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record within the last five years.
  • ASE certifications, particularly in Nissan-specific categories, are highly regarded.
