Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Plastic Molding Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with operating specialized machinery that converts raw plastic materials into functional containers through a precise molding technique. Your responsibilities will include making essential adjustments to the equipment, diagnosing and resolving issues, and coordinating repairs or maintenance as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor blow molding machinery.
  • Perform necessary adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Assist with mold changes and machine setups.
  • Carry out quality inspections through visual assessments and measurements to confirm product specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Document processes and maintain records accurately.
Essential Skills
  • Proficient in machine operation.
  • Experience with blow molding processes.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Attention to detail in quality control.
Work Environment

This position is conducted entirely on-site and requires working in a production setting. The role involves a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, typically from evening to early morning. Candidates should be prepared for exposure to moving machinery and a loud noise environment. Compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) regulations is mandatory in designated areas. Additionally, be aware that temperature conditions may vary throughout the year.
