Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, operating front-end equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging and greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers, scanners, and self-checkout systems.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, by sweeping, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
