Heavy Equipment Mechanic Position

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Webber. As an essential member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy construction equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and diagnose complex mechanical issues with heavy construction equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (not required).
  • OSHA certification (OSHA10/30) and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
