- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to create a healing environment, formulate daily goals, and develop a plan of care that addresses the individual needs of each patient.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Efforts: Contribute to department-specific quality improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and take personal responsibility for enhancing patient satisfaction and clinical care.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with physicians, other healthcare providers, and support staff to achieve desired patient outcomes and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Education and Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Experience: Zero to two years of experience as a Registered Nurse; BSN preferred.
