Job Description: Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure Processor

As a Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure Processor at McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC, you will play a vital role in processing Deed-in-Lieu files for clients. Key responsibilities include title review and clearance, consulting with clients on title and conveyance search findings, drafting deeds and release of liens, and identifying lien priority based on title abstracts, circuit court case searches, and outside counsel input.

Requirements:

• At least one year of legal experience and knowledge of the foreclosure process.">
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.">
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize caseload effectively.">
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.">
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Microsoft Teams.">
• Ability to read and understand legal documents, including recorded deeds of trust and assignments (preferred).">
• 2+ years of experience in data entry, affidavits, real estate law, foreclosure, and/or bankruptcy (preferred).">
• Experience with client systems, including Black Knight, Tempo, CaseAware, and Perfect Practice (a plus).">
