We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a strong knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to independently manage a busy time-sensitive caseload. This is a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and virtual work arrangements. The successful candidate will be based in Jericho, NY, and will be part of a congenial, team-oriented, and professional work environment with skilled support staff. Key qualifications include a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, active license to practice law in New York, and 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience. The potential salary range is $125,625.00-$160,000, with potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary.
