IT Consultant

As a consultant at ZephyrTech, you will work with our team on a variety of projects, ranging from short-term assistance to complex, multi-month and holistic implementation projects for clients in various industries.

• Analysis and evaluation of customer inquiries regarding process topics, including process mapping and optimization.
• Designing solutions for customer inquiries, leveraging industry best practices and business process frameworks.
• Guiding our clients through the entire lifecycle, from gathering requirements to project completion, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Project initiation and management for individual customer projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Implementation of requests using web-based process mapping applications, ensuring efficient and effective process automation.
• Participation in internal and external training sessions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Participation in events and conferences on specialized topics, expanding your professional network and expertise.

• Completed degree in information technology, business informatics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in project business, with and without responsibility, including client-facing roles.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to understand and evaluate customer requirements, ensuring effective solution design.
• Process training in one of the following process frameworks: ITIL, Agile software development (SCRUM, KANBAN, SCRUMBAN, LEAN SCRUM, etc.), CISSP, CISO, or other relevant security certification, ISO ISMS, or Data.
