Job Description

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Esthetician to join our team. As a Skin Care Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing facials, brows, lashes, and waxing, and maintaining State Board compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and achieve all service and product goals.
  • Perform 40-50 minute facials, brows, lashes, and waxing services.
  • Maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate and complete records.
  • Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
  • Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures.
  • Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs.
  • Assist in all in-store operational processes.
Requirements:
  • Esthetics License.
  • Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
  • Developed communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
