The Culinary Team Leader is responsible for overseeing food service associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

  • Provide training and guidance to team members; organize, assign, and supervise daily tasks; evaluate performance; and manage employee relations.
  • Communicate purchasing needs to management with an emphasis on reducing waste and preventing shortages.
  • Utilize standardized recipes and production guidelines to maintain quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
  • Ensure proper operation and sanitation of kitchen equipment after each use.
  • Manage food storage, labeling, and rotation to minimize spoilage and waste.
  • Adhere to HACCP protocols to guarantee food safety and quality.
  • Operate food service equipment safely and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assist in meal service and actively engage with customers to gather feedback.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
