Speech Language Pathologist

About the Role

• As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional speech and language services to students in elementary through high school.
• You will work with a caseload of approximately 60 students, assessing and evaluating their communication needs.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse student populations and a strong commitment to enhancing students' communication and social-emotional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students' communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans to support students' communication development
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians on students' progress

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Florida
• Experience or willingness to work with diverse student populations
• Ability to excel in a school-based setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
