Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Primary Care Clinician to join our team in Hyannis, MA. As a Per Diem Medical Professional, you'll work on a flexible schedule, seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. You'll also have opportunities to perform in-office procedures and collaborate with our team via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to ensure seamless care
- Utilize your clinical training and expertise to perform in-office procedures
- Build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Board Certification
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes

We're committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role is $75/hr, with final determination of starting pay based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
