Position Overview:
As the Head of Enterprise Strategy at Mondelez Global LLC, you will spearhead the formulation and execution of our strategic planning frameworks and performance monitoring systems.

Qualifications:
A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or Management is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy management, or a related field.

• Oversee multiple projects while navigating a complex leadership environment.
• Analyze, prioritize, and distill insights and recommendations effectively.
• Craft growth strategies and transformation initiatives for essential strategic areas.
• Design and evaluate compensation models to simulate the implementation of strategic recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses.

Travel requirements include 20% international and domestic travel. Remote work is allowed within a reasonable commuting distance to the main office.
