As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, executing, and delivering analytic tasks associated with exercises. This will involve identifying and shaping objectives, developing exercise constructs, authoring scenarios, facilitating participant discussions, and authoring after-action reports and briefings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute analytic tasks for exercises
  • Develop exercise constructs and author scenarios
  • Facilitate participant discussions and author after-action reports and briefings
  • Apply expertise and experience with warfighting functions, multidomain operations, COA analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes/procedures
  • Facilitate and/or assist Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) planning events and products
Requirements:
  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree
  • 3-10 years of experience
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
