We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner Business Health Specialist to join our team at Dignity Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients, visitors, and coworkers.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services, including treatments for injuries and illnesses, occupational health and wellness care.
  • Diagnose, treat, and educate patients, while maintaining the highest standards of care and service.
  • Perform medical assessments, treatments, and follow-up care for patients, including primary care, urgent care, occupational health, DOT physicals, and workers' compensation.
  • Conduct medical procedures, such as laceration repairs, nail removal, pap tests, injections, splinting, and abscess incision and drainage.
  • Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for patients.

Requirements

  • Current RNP and/or APN licensure in the state of Arkansas.
  • Eligibility for a Medicare provider number and DEA registration.
  • Experience in APN/RNP patient care preferred.
  • Preferred qualifications include OccMed, ER, or Urgent Care experience.
