As a key member of Tekla Research, the Risk Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive evaluation of program objectives and associated risks.

Clearance Requirement:
Secret

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BS)

Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of pertinent technical experience in program management or business analysis, with at least two (2) years specifically focused on technical efforts related to major weapon systems and component development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize analytical methodologies to assess program/project goals and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of project status, budgets, and timelines.
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses to support decision-making.
  • Gather, organize, and interpret data relevant to aircraft, weapon, and project acquisition initiatives.
  • Monitor program/project progress and timelines, ensuring alignment with established objectives.
  • Implement government-mandated processes for documentation, change control, and data management.

Essential Skills:
