About the RoleWe offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes multiple major medical plans, spousal insurance, 401k options, and an internal awards and recognition program.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and meet patients' goals and needs through cost-effective treatments that improve motion and mobility.
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques, including fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs.
- Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally and promote healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Active license in the state of Texas required.
- PT Liability insurance in the state of Texas required.
- Graduate degree or greater in Physical Therapy.
- Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
