Position Overview:
The role involves upholding a high standard of Food Safety and Product Quality through the thorough cleaning and sanitation of food processing equipment, utensils, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to the company’s Master Sanitation Program for cleaning and sanitation.
2. Employ appropriate chemicals and cleaning agents to sanitize processing area walls, floors, and equipment.
3. Utilize sanitation tools safely and effectively.
4. Remove debris from processing areas to maintain cleanliness.
5. Communicate chemical supply levels to management.
6. Monitor and document facility conditions to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
7. Verify the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation efforts, completing necessary documentation.
8. Conduct testing as required.
9. Maintain safety protocols within the plant.
10. Operate equipment safely and independently with minimal supervision.
11. Provide support for additional duties as necessary.
12. Obtain certification for operating electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
13. Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Compensation:
Salary Range: $19.14 per hour
