Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Service Representative to join our team at SuperCare Health. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients and customers, while also contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including pricing, features, and availability.
  • Assist with ordering and managing medical supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring timely and efficient processing of customer orders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather and maintain accurate patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and medication lists.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $22,000 - $32,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flexible savings account, 401(k), and voluntary life insurance.
