ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Mid/Senior Systems Architect to join a dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the Government in aligning its strategic objectives with operational frameworks. The architecture initiatives will lead to the development of technical planning directives that empower the organization in making informed investment choices.

The ideal candidate will utilize their project management and systems engineering expertise to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed recommendations and their implications for future investments. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for identifying technical risks and conducting analyses of alternatives and trade-offs for various operational and investment scenarios.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective briefing and communication capabilities.
  • Collaborates closely with the enterprise architecture division to provide insightful guidance and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • DODAF, UAF frameworks
  • SysML, UML proficiency
  • CAMEO experience (5 years)
  • Digital Engineering knowledge
