Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Predictive Maintenance Strategy: Develop and execute a predictive maintenance strategy across Arconic manufacturing processes, leveraging the latest technologies and equipment.
  • Lead Continual Improvement: Drive continual improvement and reliability excellence in existing and future manufacturing systems.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability, maintainability, and sustainable production output.
  • Analyze Equipment Failures: Evaluate existing manufacturing systems and execute actions to drive safety, productivity, quality, and cost improvements.
  • Plan and Coordinate Events: Plan and coordinate events for projects and large Preventive Maintenance events.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support/trouble shooting to solve problems of root cause.
  • Develop Maintenance Documents: Develop and maintain maintenance documents such as FMEA, Control Plan, standardized downtime reporting, and multilevel equipment structure.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work off-shift when needed.
  • Authorization: Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial Automation Technology: Up-to-date knowledge of state-of-the-art industrial automation technology, including MET, EECT, Robotics, and integration work.
  • Reliability-Focused Strategy: Experience in implementing reliability-focused strategy.
  • Blueprint and Schematic Reading: Experienced at blueprint and schematic reading and interpretations.
  • Data-Driven Equipment Performance Monitoring: Experience with data-driven equipment performance monitoring.
  • Reliability Certifications: Reliability Certifications (CRE, ASQ, SMRP, Life Cycle Institute Programs, etc.).
  • CMMS Systems and Maintenance-Planning Processes: Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance-planning processes (incl. FMEA, Control Plan).
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to implement and drive changes to the plant reliability program.
  • Strong Analytic Problem Solving: Strong analytic problem solving by developing and using structured approaches to identify root causes and recommend resolutions.
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
