POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a skilled individual to join our Slot Repair team. This role involves the installation, conversion, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of gaming machines and associated systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain gaming machines and related equipment.
  • Execute installations, conversions, and removals of gaming and non-gaming equipment.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all gaming machines and their associated systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. A solid understanding of electronics and mechanical systems is essential, with 2-3 years of experience in slot operations or 1-2 years in an electrical/mechanical role. Previous non-technical slot operations experience may also be considered. A fundamental grasp of electronic theory is required, along with the ability to read and interpret various schematics. Strong mathematical and computer skills are necessary. Candidates should be able to comprehend safety regulations, operational and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. An electronics degree, experience in equipment repair, or completion of a recognized gaming industry trade school or technical institute is preferred.
