Job Overview

As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our high standards are met, while also learning management responsibilities from our experienced leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service and food products, adhering to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
  • Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of our business model.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior supervisory experience in fast food or retail a plus.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a background check.
  • Effective communication skills, with fluency in English essential for customer-facing roles.
