We are seeking a detail-oriented Tool Room Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in Chesapeake, VA.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all parts and products, including recording new items in stock rooms and tracking each item as it enters or leaves the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including counting materials and reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
  • Distribute or stock merchandise as needed.
  • Receive and inventory stock, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
  • Perform various tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Prior experience as an Inventory Clerk, tool room assistant, or similar role is essential.
  • Excellent math and analytical skills are required for balancing records and resolving discrepancies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for working with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to work extended hours as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
