Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Lee's Summit and KC territory. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, replacement, and maintenance of pipes of various sizes and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and supervise the work involved in complex installations or replacement projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with customers and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Monitor job sites for hazardous conditions and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Train and supervise employees on construction and maintenance procedures, as well as company policies and protocols.
  • Manage inventory of tools and materials, and order supplies as needed to complete projects.
  • Supervise and document testing of pipes prior to entering the distribution system.
  • Oversee the implementation of safety plans to ensure the health and well-being of all employees in the region.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience and certifications preferred.
  • Valid Missouri Class E Chauffeur's License or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pipeline installation, replacement, and maintenance.
  • Expertise in all types of work, including complex jobs such as new installations, relocations, reinforcements, replacements, abandonments, etc.
  • Experience leading teams and supervising employees.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a mix of office and outdoor environments, exposed to various weather conditions and loud noises.
