About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Specialist chair-side during treatment procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.
  • Take dental X-rays and prepare patients for treatment.
  • Manage infection control, preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
  • Provide education to patients on oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
  • Perform various office tasks as necessary, including travel to nearby offices to support patient care.
Requirements
  • Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice; including x-ray certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
